👥 Extend Group permissions to your Channels and Webinars

Groups are a valuable way to manage permissions for sets of users in your Wistia account - whether you set them up by team, function, or project, they can simplify who gets access to what. Now they’re even more powerful, because you can use those same groups to determine permissions for Channels and Webinars or Events.

✨What’s new?

• On the Manage Team page, you can now easily assign access to specific Channels and/or Live Events to Groups.
• Groups will now show up with the Group label in the search box when you select Invite Collaborators within a Channel or Webinar.
• Groups have the option of the Can Manage or Can View permission for Channels and Live Events, which can be updated in either the Manage Team page, or the Invite modal.

Head over to the Manage Team page of your account or go directly to a Channel or Live Event to add your Group in just a few clicks.
