• Date
• Tags
• Uploaded by
• Duration

Results will automatically pull matches from both the folder and its subfolders so you don’t have to go digging to find what you need. It’s easier than ever for anyone from your team to get to the right piece of content quickly, no matter the size of your library.

We’ve made it easier to update and access your billing settings.

Now, instead of jumping between separate pages for invoices, payment methods, and contacts, everything lives neatly under Settings → Billing.

You’ll also notice a new Overview tab with quick actions, so the most common tasks are easier to find (like updating your card or retrying a payment.

Wistia Account owners get full access to all billing details. And your teammates (managers and users) will still see Billing in their sidebar, but with a friendly note pointing them to the right person if they need help.

While recording a video, you can now switch layouts and update who’s on stage without pressing pause. That means you can:

• Add or remove people
• Bring screen shares on and off
• Toggle between tile and full-screen layouts

Keeping a big media library tidy just got easier! We’ve added new endpoints to the API so you can now organize and manage your content at scale.

✨ What’s new

• In addition to tagging, you can now view, create, and delete subfolders directly through the API.
• Plus, we’ve updated the move endpoint so you can seamlessly move media between subfolders - no more digging through a cluttered library.
• We’ve also introduced an endpoint for swap, making it easy for you to universally swap out one media with a newer version wherever it’s embedded, without having to track down all of those locations.

Making your videos accessible just got a whole lot simpler (and friendlier for your budget). We’ve added AI Audio Descriptions so you can bring accessibility to your entire video library without breaking the bank.

✨ What’s new

You can now order AI Audio Descriptions right from Wistia, no extra stops required. Choose between Standard ($1/min) or Extended ($1.50/min) descriptions, with turnaround times in hours instead of days. And don’t worry, manual audio descriptions are still available if you need them.

SSO has long been the gold standard for managing permissions across applications for your entire organization. It creates a centralized place for you to manage who has access to which applications and make changes at scale, without having to log in to each account to make those updates.

Now, you can get that same secure and scalable permissioning with Wistia’s self-serve SAML SSO option.

How does it work?

No need to contact our Support Team or coordinate with your Account Manager - you can now configure SSO in a few easy steps directly from your account.

1. Head to Settings in your account and scroll down to the SSO option on the lefthand navigation
2. In the SSO Setup, paste in your metadata URL and click Configure SSO Provider*
3. Then toggle on the option to Turn on SSO for all users to enable SSO for your team. Then you can toggle them option Require SSO - this will make SSO the only way for users to log in (owners will still have the option to log in with email and password).

*NOTE: if your account uses OIDC or SAML XML files, you will still need to contact Wistia to configure SSO
